Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (for Ready Made items), allow 2-3 weeks for Custom Made items. All products are shipped via a suitable courier with tracking and drop-off without signature.

We will provide you with a link to track your package online. If you do not want your items left please advise couriers upon shipment notification. We will not be responsible for the loss of goods.

Shipping Costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Refunds and returns

If You are unsatisfied with the purchase, You can notify us of a problem within 7 days of receipt of the goods and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated delivery cost. Goods must be returned in an undamaged condition, in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. 

Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost. These refund conditions are not applicable to Custom-Made products.  

Faults will be dealt with in accordance with our warranty, after the 7 day period.

Custom-Made products are manufactured to fit your window with your unique measurements. That is why, we only accept returns of Custom-Made products which were incorrectly made by Us, or have defects.

We will issue a refund, after receiving the returned products. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
We are not responsible for a loss or damage of products in returned transit.
